YOU LIED AGAINST GOVERNOR GBOYEGA OYETOLA – ACPP TELLS SENATOR ADEMOLA ADELEKE

The Alliance of Collaborating Political Parties (ACPP) has urged Governor Gboyega Oyetola and the All Progressives Congress (APC) to leave the recently defeated governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the last year governorship election, Senator Ademola Adeleke alone and concentrate on the good work he is doing in the state. ACPP described the allegations leveled against Governor Gboyega Oyetola by the defeated Senator as false, inflammatory and contemptuous statements.

According to the release, “Senator Ademola Adeleke is a distractor. It has been long he has been looking for an opportunity to cause a disruption and distract Governor Gboyega Oyetola from fulfilling his laudable programmes in the state.
“We have gone through the press statement recently released by Senator Ademola Adeleke countering Governor Gboyega Oyetola’s comment.
ACPP  has viewed with serious concern insinuations and lies being peddled against Governor Gboyega Oyetola and his predecessor, Governor Rauf Aregbesola all with the intent of spelling them backward and distracting Governor Gboyega Oyetola’s attention from the serious business of governance.
“We are therefore appealing to Governor Gboyega Oyetola and the good people of the state of Osun not to pay attention to Senator Adeleke’s inflammatory and contemptuous statements regarding his government and his predecessor, Governor Rauf Aregbesola”.
ACPP called on the people of the State of Osun to continue to support the governor to deliver dividends of democracy to the people.

“It is our candid appeal to the good people of the State of Osun to support Governor Gboyega Oyetola, so that the state can attain higher milestones in development”

ACPP further called on people of the State of Osun to cooperate with this administration in his effort to shore up the revenue base of the state by prompt payment of taxes and fines, remain steadfast, assuring them of better deal under the administration of Alh. Gboyega Oyetola which they said has come to stay.

“We in ACPP believe in Governor Gboyega Oyetola’s progressive leadership qualities and urge him to continue with his services to humanity, the statement finally revealed.

ACPP expels Masilo over gross misconducts and unholy collaborations with APC’s adversaries

ACPP expels Masilo over gross misconducts and unholy collaborations with APC’s adversaries in the state, May arrest him for impersonation and defamation of character

The Alliance of Collaborating Political Parties (ACPP) has expelled a member of her alliance for gross misconducts and unholy collaborations with the ruling party’s adversaries and for working against the constitution of the Alliance.

This was contained in a press statement issued and signed by the Chairman and Secretary of the Alliance, Alh. Rafiu Anifowose and Mr. Victor Olopade yesterday in Osogbo, capital of the State of Osun.

According to the release “We henceforth write to inform the good people of the State of Osun, that one Mr. Masilo of the African Peoples Alliance (APA) is no more a member of our newly registered and reformed Alliance of Collaborating Political Parties (ACPP). This is as a result of a recent situation where the expelled member featured in a television programme in the company of a former Chairman of the Action Alliance (AA) who got one of our members arrested and detained in Ilesa Maximum Prison on issues bordering on their party’s administration and management. Not only that, the so called former Chieftain of the Action Alliance worked against the emergence of Alh. Gboyega Oyetola as Governor of the State of Osun. He worked for APC’s major opposition party in the last governorship election which Mr. Masilo was fully aware of and which is against the major aim of the Alliance”

“And Secondly, we are fully aware how Mr. Masilo has been going around maligning and defaming our characters, saying all sorts of things which we did not do to the general public and the government officials serving in the cabinet of Governor Gboyega Oyetola.”

“Though the so called Mr. Masilo has been going around lying to people and parading himself the Chairman of authentic ACPP and claiming he has governor’s backup. We are using this opportunity to inform the general public that there is nothing like authentic ACPP in the state of Osun. What we have is only one reformed, organized, violence free, responsible, humble and members oriented ACPP led by the Late Dr. Adekunle Oyerinde of the Mass Action Joint Alliance (MAJA) and Alh. Rafiu Anifowose of the Green Party of Nigeria (GPN).

“Mr. Masilo is fully aware that ACPP has been registered and gotten members’ oriented constitution which his own ACPP do not have. The ACPP led by the Late Dr. Adekunle Oyerinde and Alh. Rafiu Anifowose is a law abiding, law friendly and given certificate of registration to practice and hold meetings in the state of Osun. We are hereby urging Mr. Masilo to stop parading and calling himself what he is not. Impersonating himself as the Chairman of the current ACPP is a criminal offence which he can be arrested for. He himself has visited the Ministry where we registered and confirmed that ACPP has been officially registered. They told him to pick another name but he insisted on picking ACPP. He was chased out for that refusal.”

“We are very happy to inform the general public that the current State of Osun APC Chairman, Prince Gboyega Famoodun recognized us as collaborating parties likewise the Governor himself.”

ACPP finally warned the only expelled member to stop transmitting and peddling lies (character defamation) around concerning the administration and management of the current ACPP. Failure to stop defaming and impersonating them might result into taking legal action against him.
