Boot Party withdraws suit against PDP and Senator Demola Adeleke

WITHDRAWAL OF ELECTION SUIT AGAINST INEC, PDP AND SENATOR ADELEKE IN OSUN STATE

Dear Elders, Sisters and Brothers,

I wish to correct all derogatory and innuendoes against my personality on social media Platforms regarding the above subject.

On my authority as the National Chairman of The BOOT Party, I wish to state unequivocally and without any mental reservation that The BOOT Party did not authorise the suit instituted in Osun State challenging the electoral candidacy of Senator Adeleke. When The BOOT Party became aware of the suit through the news, I immediately activated our process instrument for issues like this. Our findings showed that the suit was clandestinely and surreptitiously instituted.

The BOOT Party has taken several actions to address this rogue action. Since BOOT Party is only interested in pursuing its Agenda of *ONE WORKING NIGERIA (OWN)* and bringing the Party to the doorstep of every Nigerian, we are not interested in what transpires in other Political Parties or whether candidates of others parties were properly or duly elected during their Party Primaries.

As part of reiterating the moral rectitude of The BOOT Party, I have given irrevocable instruction that the suit be withdrawn and an apology letter; forthwith to be followed with further disciplinary actions against the individuals that were responsible for bringing The BOOT Party to disrepute as a result of this ignoble and disgraceful legal action which is considered as one of the several attempts by the Old and discredited Political Parties to infiltrate The BOOT Party to knee-cap the Party and undermine its zero tolerance for corruption. Unfortunately for these people, they have chosen a wrong party to mess with.

Please find attached the apology letter from The BOOT Party OSUN State Chairman (Follow the link https://BOOT.org.ng/ReBoot/Withdrawal_Of_Election_Suit).

And I sincerely apologise to INEC, PDP and Senator Adeleke.

I am sorry, it is not in our character.

Thank you.

ACPP Condemns Court Case Against Senator Demola Adeleke

ACPP CONDEMNS COURT CASE AGAINST SENATOR DEMOLA ADELEKE, CALLS BOOT PARTY AN APPENDAGE OF THE ALL PROGRESSIVE CONGRESS (APC)

The Alliance of Collaborating Political Parties (ACPP) has condemned the felonious court case instituted against the People's Democratic Party Governorship Candidate in Osun State by the Governorship Candidate of the Boot Party, Adesoji Adeleke.

In a Statement issued by a Chieftain of the Alliance, Wole Adedoyin who was also the 2018 Governorship Candidate of the Hope Democratic Party  (HDP) said the case is baseless, mischievous and full of contradictions to ridicule Senator Demola Adeleke and the People's Democratic Party (PDP).

ACPP said the suit against Senator Demola Adeleke was in bad faith and  targeted by undemocratic elements to undermine democracy and good governance in Osun State.

Adedoyin said: The Boot Party has become an appendage of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Osun State. Are they members of the PDP to take the party and her candidate to court? The name of the party was only listed among the parties contesting to assist the APC winning the Poll. The party is not serious about winning the forthcoming Osun Governorship Election. The Electorates should disregard them."

ACPP finally called on the Osun Electorates to see the Boot Party as one of the unserious Political Parties participating in the forthcoming Osun Governorship Poll.
